Our near-campus housing options feature one- to four-bedroom apartment-style living.
Each are outfitted with:

On top of that, all the complexes are within walking distance of campus.
Each privately-owned complex offers individual lease options and typically includes security and/or an on-site resident manager.

Near-Campus Housing Options
Located at 205 Kirkwood Court SW, Campus View units feature 2 bedroom private entry dwellings. All utilities are included in rent price.
Kirkwood Court apartments feature 2 and 3 bedroom units with standard or premium (upgraded) unit options available. All utilities are included in rent price.
Located at 610 Kirkwood Parkway SW, Kirkwood Village apartments offer 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms (1 person per bedroom), as well as free high-speed Internet and cable tv included in rent, washer/dryer in each unit, and much more.
Located at 304 66th Ave SW right across from main campus, The Reserve at Kirkwood feature 2 bedroom units with central air conditioning and heat.
The Villas are full for the 2022-2023 academic school year. Located at 811 Kirkwood Parkway SW, The Villas at Kirkwood feature fully-furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. All utilities, including internet, are included in rent.
Iowa City/Coralville Housing
Similar to the independently-owned housing that surrounds our main campus in Cedar Rapids, students also have the option to choose from various apartments and living spaces near in Iowa City and Coralville.
