“During my college search, Kirkwood actually wasn’t my first choice, but I came here for a visit and fell in love with it. The kind of small-town feel in a big city like Cedar Rapids was really important for me. So that’s why I chose Kirkwood. I toured and everybody was smiling and welcoming. This feels like home. This feels like where I need to be.”
