Highlights the role of communication and focuses on becoming effective communicators in personal and professional relationships. Examines how the concepts of self and human behavior influence both interpersonal and intrapersonal communication. Introduces activities and techniques to improve one-on-one and small group communication skills, especially listening, nonverbal communication, and conflict resolution.
