How to Register

1. Apply for admission. Complete the New Student Application and choose the “Not Seeking a Kirkwood Degree” option under “Academic Program.” This lets you bypass the application requirements.

2. Review the Guest Student Checklist. The checklist will walk you through all of your next steps, including setting up your Kirkwood account, fulfilling the placement process, registering, and paying for classes.

Lots of reasons! Here are a few:

• We’re affordable. Kirkwood tuition is one of the lowest in Iowa.
• Our classes are smaller. You can get the extra help you need – and you can even take two levels of language in one summer!
• We’re flexible. Our eight-week session means you can start later.
